Join Wedgwood Historical Association for an informal event to look at midcentury floral arrangements and how they often incorporated elements of traditional Japanese floral arranging, and to create your own masterpiece! (No experience needed.) We will provide a prepared vintage vase/container, flowers and greenery (a mix of fresh, faux and dried) for each participant.
Feel free to bring something found in the wild to include. If you have floral snips or small pruning shears of your own, please bring them. We'll meet in the craft room at St. Matthew's Lutheran Church at 5709 Wedgwood Drive.
Please register here for Tickets. The fee of $15 per person is charged to cover the cost of supplies.
Join us for our next lecture session focusing on topics from historic preservation to the architecture of Wedgwood. The events are free, but we will be accepting donations.
